My son Jedidiah came home for a visit. We are going to go to KELLER tonight. He is bringing his friend Jimmy along, too. ClearSky clock looks like it is summertime. Should be a good night.

Correct, Jeff, EB is out for the whole weekend. What time were you thinking of getting to Keller? I was thinking 8:30 or so to set up with some light.

Julie, yes, about then. Looks like sunset is 8:28. Probably won't be able to see much until 9 or later, get some early moon and maybe other planets (Venus, Mercury, Jupiter) before they set.

Yes, any updates on the StarBQ? Doesn't look too good. Earlier, I thought Friday might be OK, but now looks like Friday morning good, but then cloudy in the evening.. Rain Saturday. 🙁

yea, now Saturday night is looking better than Friday night but
neither are very good! maybe we should shoot for next week?
edited to add; i forgot about Labor Day. maybe ya'll can put it off
until next month and just tell me about it when i get back from

Since StarBQ is off until the end of September, I'll get this started early.

Is Eagle Bluff available this weekend? Since next Monday is a holiday, I suppose it could be on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights. 🙂

Friday – Sunset 7:43 – Moonset 8:28
Saturday – Sunset 7:41 – Moonset 8:53
Sunday – Sunset 7:43 – Moonset 9:24

This morning, I think they did say rain on Sunday.

Dean is going to check with Eagle Bluff for this weekend and should know today. Friday night looks to have clear skies and Saturday mostly clear but with a few more clouds around.
