      Joseph has done a RECENT ARTICLE on the RAC website on this but I did want to post my pictures (and hope others will too) and so I started this topic.
      I was most impressed with the Moon’s appearance at maximal eclipse especially the striking rust color of the umbra shadowed moon paired with the uneclipsed portion. This is shown in the sequence below.
