      Dean Johnson would you all to know that his long time high school buddy and our fellow amateur astronomer Steve Remick passed away this afternoon, succumbing to brain cancer after a courageous 4 year journey.
      A celebration of his life will likely take place next Monday. Further details will be announced later.

        Update:
        There will be a celebration of life for Steve Remick next Monday, June 4th, from 3-7pm at the Spring Grove American Legion.

          my condolences to his family and friends. i was only around him a few times but
          it was enough to know he was a great person. our cosmos will be the lesser for his
          loss. RIP Steve!

            It was always a pleasure seeing and talking to Steve.  He will be and has been missed.  Also, condolences to family and friends.
