The Size and Scale of our Solar System
Presentation by John Martin
Our solar system is vast, but just how large is it? During this indoor presentation we will explore the solar system using a scale model and reference points in maps of Oxbow park and surrounding areas. Take a tour of our solar system without leaving the Oxbow Park Nature Center classroom!
John Martin is a NASA Solar System Ambassador. John has a lifelong passion for space exploration and astronomy, he is the editor for a magazine published by the Astronomical League as well as an active member of the Rochester Astronomy Club.
