      I got out this morning before the clouds got thick to see the Mercury Transit and to show my sons. I snapped a few shots with my cell phone as that's all I had time for. The picture is at 46X through the eyepiece.

        Nice, thanks Luka!  You got some sunspots, some clouds, sun, and Mercury.  Pretty neat.

          Thanks Jeff! I am pretty pleased and feel lucky, especially given my time constraints.  With the forecast the last few days, I wasn't counting on seeing it.
