Kirk and I did show up last night and treated a small crowd to a a lesson on telescopes – and how they cannot see through the clouds! It was disappointing but still fun and I think we will have some new families looking for some more outreach from us.
I have unexpected company today and will not be able partake in any astronomy day activities downtown. But if you haven't noticed, it's a bit cold and windy out there! So if anybody wants to get out later when the clouds part, put your mittties on.
