I've been able to free up vacation time to go to the Okie-Tex Star Party in September. The official dates are Sept. 12th-20th. I'm planning on driving there and hauling my enclosed trailer. I have not figured out all the lodging/camping details yet and hope to hear from others about their plans.
If I'm on my own, I plan to:
leave Friday, Sept. 11th
arrive Saturday Sept. 12th,
head back home Sunday, Sept. 20th
Get home Monday, Sept. 21st.this year's dates are 9/24 to 10/2. registration is now open.
i'm planning on meeting a friend there mid-week.
