I’m sorry that my messages didn’t reach people yesterday. Many in the club showed up last night and they did get a few hours in before the clouds set in, so maybe that was for the best. Tonight is looking more clear but the winds are 12 to 16mph which is pretty high for a star party. Due to wind, and the fact that most everybody did go last night, we’ll call tonight off.
At the next meeting, let’s talk about how communications should be handled and test it for future star parties. If we get that organized we’ll be on track for some glorious nights of astronomy!
